Whenever I find myself lacking in joy or creativity, I find the most solace
while mixing records, practicing yoga, and connecting with others on
the dance floor.
My intention with creating deep house yoga has been a decade-long
journey, that was birthed from my passion to share the modalities that
have shown the most impact on my growth and well-being; yoga,
music, and collaboration.
From having 35-person events to having the best-selling yoga series
globally, I feel so grateful to connect with humans who resonate with
the music movement medicine.
